When an account starts sending spam

A compromised contact form can get your server IP blacklisted within hours. MailGuard’s Outgoing Spam Monitor counts outgoing mail per account, domain, sender and script, and alerts you when it crosses thresholds you set.

For incoming mail, MailGuard gives the admin a searchable quarantine, safe message viewing, SpamAssassin learn-spam/learn-ham and per-domain policies. Customers get their own cPanel page and a daily digest.

The default is alert only. What happens when a threshold is crossed is set by the admin.
