In WHM > MailScanner > MailScanner Configuration you will find a setting for 'Spam List = '. You can put the spam list names of any spam lists you wish to use to mark emails as spam. You can find the appropriate names to use in this field in the file /usr/mailscanner/etc/spam.lists.conf.
